The role of the board is to protect and control the trust property through the supervision and delegation of the Management of QUMMIF Student Investment Club to the appointed Investment Representative(s) for the current MSc. class. The Investment Representative (s) must act with a duty of care and ensure the suitability of an activity or investment to the Investment Club and Investment Fund respectively.
